Our wellness coaching is designed to look at your specific individual nutritional needs. We don’t incorporate weird or quirky diets or fads. Rather, It’s about teaching practice members how to use food as fuel to create outcomes to facilitate a healthy quality of life, rather than simply use food for how it tastes or strictly as a means of counting calories.
Food can be used for the information that’s found in it rather than just seeing it as a creature comfort that gives us brief moments of pleasure but destroying the bridge it can create toward a lifetime of sustainable vitality.
Once you venture out and explore the new, enjoyable and delicious ways to incorporate food into your journey, the realm of food can become a wonderful tool that can allow us practice members to enjoy a more vital life while enhancing and stimulating the pallet in a healthy way.
Our coaching also includes a focus on proper fitness, where you learn to burn fat, build muscle, maintain bones and ensure that your efforts don’t create more problems, inflammation and disappointment. And it’s creatively presented to be effective without elaborate use of machines, gyms or prolonged periods of exercise. Again, it’s meant to be sustainable, enjoyable and beneficial to your longevity, mobility and vitality.
